- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or refund. After 30 days, we will not be able to offer a refund or return.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable: gift cards, sale items, and custom orders.
- Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements stated above.
